• Shipping: Shipping fees and delivery timelines will be provided once an order is processed or in your order confirmation.

• Billing Cycle: Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

• Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month, or the maximum allowed by law.

• Taxes: Customers are responsible for all applicable sales, use, or value-added taxes.
   

5. Cancellation and Returns Policy

• 30-Day Cancellation: You may cancel subscriptions or recurring orders with 30 days’ written notice (email accepted) prior to the next billing cycle.

• Refunds: No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Prepaid amounts for canceled services are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Damaged Goods: Claims for damaged or defective books must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, in writing, accompanied by related images.

• Returns: Returns require prior authorization and may be subject to a restocking fee of 5%.
   

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, text, images, audio, video, and software on the Site (“Website Content”) are the property of Modern Monkey Media or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
